產品說明： 性質：白色結晶性粉末。無臭無味，
其鈉鹽溶于水。
標準：中國藥典2005版按無水物計算，含C8H11N5O3
得少于98.0％；溶液的澄清度與顏色應符合規定；有關
物質應符合規定；鳥嘌呤應符合規定；干燥失重不得過6.0％；
熾灼殘渣不得過0.1％?；含重金屬不得過0.001％。
制法：減壓蒸去過量的乙酐，冷至0℃過濾，濾餅用乙醇和水洗，
干燥，得N，N′-二乙酰鳥嘌呤。或者鳥嘌呤三甲基硅烷化后，
再和2芐氧基乙氧基甲基氯反應后，再去掉芐基得阿昔洛韋。
將乙酐、乙酸和對甲苯磺酸混合，冷至1O℃以下。鳥嘌呤和乙酐混合，
加入少量乙酸和乙酸鋅，攪拌回流。濾餅用氯仿洗滌，干燥后溶于40％
甲胺水溶液，攪拌回流。加入氯仿，過濾。冷卻，過濾，濾液減壓濃縮
至漿狀物，冷卻后用乙醇洗，過濾。濾餅用水重結晶，得阿昔洛韋。 　
以鳥嘌呤為原料。
用途：該品是嘌呤核苷衍生物，對DNA的合成有抑制作用，其抗皰疹病
毒活性比阿糖腺苷強160倍。臨床用于單純性皰疹病毒腦炎、皰疹病毒
角膜炎及外生殖器感染、艾滋病的水痘帶狀皰疹病毒感染和巨細胞病毒
感染，慢性乙型肝炎等。
